Design Services

AGREEMENT

1. The Client hereby engages the Designer to provide a design service.

2. Designer hereby agrees to provide a design service for the Client for the design brief discussed.

3. Design services shall consist primarily of providing agreed upon design, artwork, any fonts used, and deliverable files in PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI/PSD format.

4. The Client in consideration of the design services to be rendered by the Designer, and the mutual promises contained herein, hereby agrees to pay to the Designer the following consideration:

A non-refundable reservation fee of $50 is required to secure the services of the Designer for the engagement. This amount shall be applied toward the full amount upon delivery of design(s). This deposit is to ensure the Designer is paid for some of her time despite whether or not the Client decides to cancel, not pay, or put the project on hold. 

 

PAYMENT

The final payment is due within 21 days of issued invoice. Once payment is sent by the Client, Designer has 24 hours to send deliverable, high resolution files unless a previous arrangement is discussed between Client and Designer. 

A payment later than 30 days after invoice date is subject to a 10% fee of owed amount per every month late.

AGREEMENT

1. The Client hereby engages the Designer to provide a design service and physical product.

2. Designer hereby agrees to provide a design service and physical product for the Client for the design brief discussed.

3. Design services shall consist primarily of providing agreed upon design mock and physical product with the design(s) applied.

4. The Client in consideration of the design services to be rendered by the Designer, and the mutual promises contained herein, hereby agrees to pay to the Designer the following consideration:

A non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the total order cost is required to secure the services of the Designer for the engagement. This amount shall be applied toward the full amount upon delivery of physical product. This deposit is to ensure the Designer is paid for some of her time and the materials purchased by the Designer despite whether or not the Client decides to cancel, not pay, or put the project on hold. 

 

PAYMENT

If meeting, the final payment is due after Designer provides the Client with photos of completed physical product OR upon meeting in-person with Client at designated meeting place - whichever is previously discussed. If shipping, the final payment is due after Designer provides the Client with photos of completed physical product AND a tracking number for shipment. Designer will not release the item for shipping until final invoice has been paid.
